02 Description of Services
FeedbackGuru provides website feedback and UX review services, including:
- Expert Review ($49 one-time payment): AI-assisted and human expert review including in-depth UX analysis, attention heatmap, annotated screenshots, competitive analysis & benchmarking, prioritized action plan, and 48-hour delivery.
- Free Review: A basic review of your website provided at no cost, with limited scope and no guaranteed delivery timeline.
03 No Guaranteed Outcomes
All feedback and recommendations provided by FeedbackGuru are based on our team’s professional judgment and industry best practices. We do not guarantee any specific results, improvements in traffic, conversions, revenue, or user engagement as a result of implementing our feedback. Reviews are provided “as-is” for informational and advisory purposes only.
04 Payment Terms
The Expert Review is a one-time payment of $49 USD, charged at the time of submission. All payments are processed securely. By submitting your payment, you authorize FeedbackGuru to charge your provided payment method for the applicable amount.
05 Money-Back Guarantee
FeedbackGuru offers a 100% money-back guarantee on Expert Review purchases. If you are not satisfied with your review, you may contact us to request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your review. Refunds do not apply to Free Reviews.
06 Delivery
Expert Reviews will be delivered within 48 hours of successful payment and receipt of all required information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Free Reviews do not carry a guaranteed delivery timeline.
07 Intellectual Property
All review content, reports, and materials produced by FeedbackGuru remain the intellectual property of FeedbackGuru until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the review materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the review content without prior written consent from FeedbackGuru.
08 User Responsibilities
By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to submit the website URL for review.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will not use the feedback for any unlawful purpose.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FeedbackGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
